We are committed to promoting equal opportunities and creating a culture at Caldy Rugby Club in which diversity and inclusion is valued and everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination in any form, which means all members, supporters, players, coaches, volunteers, staff, directors, guests and community participants will receive equal treatment regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
Should you be subjected to, see or hear any discriminatory behaviour or language whilst at Caldy Rugby Club we strongly encourage you to report it. We will investigate all allegations of discrimination thoroughly and appropriate action (including a punishment of up to a lifetime ban) will be taken against those responsible.
