WIN! – Instagram competition – Terms and Conditions

A Fantastic opportunity over on our instagram page to win a 2 nights stay over Valentine’s weekend with hospitality to our game against Cornish Pirates, and a meal for 2 at The Ring O’Bells in West Kirby. To enter, please head over there, for more information, read our T’s and C’s below

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. The competition opens on the date of posting and closes at 11:59pm on 31st January 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
3. The winner will be announced on 1st February 2026 via Instagram.
4. To enter, participants must:
   • Follow all three collaborating Instagram accounts
   • Like the competition post
   • Tag a friend in the comments (each tagged comment counts as one entry)
   • Be following all three accounts at the time of the draw
5. Sharing the post to Instagram Stories is optional and does not count as an entry unless otherwise stated.
6. One winner will receive the following prize, to be used 13th–15th February 2026 only (the accommodation may be flexible by a day either side):
   • A 2-night stay in a luxury penthouse apartment at the historic Old Lifeboat Station, Hoylake (worth over £600). The stay is intended for 13th–15th February 2026 but may be moved by one day either side, subject to availability and agreement with the accommodation provider.

6. Hospitality lunch and match tickets for two at Caldy v Cornish Pirates on Saturday 14th February including:
   • 2-course lunch
   • Two match tickets
   • £50 bar credit
   • Live music after the match
7. A 2-course meal for two with a bottle of wine at The Ring O’ Bells (redeemable after the rugby or on Sunday, subject to availability and advance booking)

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

1. Dietary requirements and allergies will be catered for to the best of each venue’s ability. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to disclose any dietary requirements or allergies in advance when booking.
2. While all reasonable care will be taken and allergens will be clearly noted, the venues cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment or food, as kitchens handle multiple allergens.
3. Therefore, the venues and competition organisers cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or from the presence of allergens.

8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
9. Travel, additional food or drink, and any other expenses not explicitly stated are not included.
10. Accommodation and dining bookings are subject to availability and must be redeemed on the dates stated.
11. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted, or the prize may be reallocated.
