Caldy – That Friday Feeling 5th Dec ’25

The statistics from Ealing Trailfinders’ last 50 league fixtures provide the context to the challenge in the capital for the Ravers’ squad tomorrow. 43 wins, 2,319 points scored and 221 league points is quite some record and demonstrates Ealing’s dominance of the Champ. However, during their three years in the Champ Caldy have consistently shown up against Ealing and have played some of their best rugby against this exceptional fully professional side.

In their last two visits to Vallis Way the Ravers have picked up losing bonus points by scoring 4 tries and have remained in the fight for the full 80 minutes.
“Anytime you stop striving to get better, you’re bound to get worse” – Pat Riley.

Community Rugby – Sunday 7th December
For most age groups, we have a block booking with Helsby with the odds at Helsby and the evens at home. Unfortunately Helsby don’t have enough players for an u8 team yet.
The remaining Juniors have an eclectic mix of opposition with the u16s at home to Bangor, whilst the u15s travel to West Park and the u13s are off to Warrington.
It’s a rest week for the Junior Colts after their narrow loss to Wirral last weekend. Most of the Senior Colts will also be putting their feet up this Sunday after last weekends win away at Whitchurch. Good luck to the 8 Senior Colts lads who are away with the Cheshire squad this Sunday.
