1 . Read the notice convening the Annual General Meeting

2 . Approve the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting

3 . Receive the Director of Rugby’s Report

4 . Receive the Chairman’s Reports – Senior Rugby & Community Rugby Sections

5 . Receive the Senior Rugby Section Treasurer’s Report & approve Senior Rugby Accounts

6 . Receive the Community Rugby Section Treasurer’s Report & approve Community Rugby Accounts

7 . Elect Officers for both the Senior & Community Rugby Sections for 2025/26

8 . Agree all the Senior & Community Rugby Sections’ Membership Subscriptions for 2025/26

Senior Rugby committee propose the following changes to Membership subscriptions ;

Senior Rugby GOLD Membership + Season Ticket “Early Bird” paid before 31^st July 2025 increase by £20 from £180 to £200

Senior Rugby GOLD Membership + Season Ticket paid after 31^st July 2025 increase by £20 from £200 to £240

Senior Rugby GOLD Membership + Season Ticket paid by monthly subscription increase by £4 per month from £16 per month to £20 per month 

Senior Rugby GOLD Country Membership increase by £20 from £80 to £100 

Senior Rugby GOLD Membership only increase by £20 from £110 to £130

“GOLD” replaces “Consolidated” membership/season ticket.
“GOLD” differentiates Club Members from Non-members. 
 
GOLD Club Membership 2025/26 includes new benefits from September including

• 10% discount at the bar
• 10% discount at the club shop
• over 10% off pre-match lunch
• discounts at local businesses
• access to apply for England international tickets
• voting rights to have your say at the AGM
