Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the

Senior and Community Rugby Sections of Caldy Rugby Club

to be held on Tuesday 21st July 2026 – 7.00pm
at : Memorial Hall, Paton Field

for the purpose of transacting the following business: –

1. Read the notice convening the AGM
2. Approve the Minutes of the previous AGM
3. Receive the Director of Rugby’s Report
4. Receive the Chairman’s Reports – Senior & Community Rugby Sections
5. Receive the Senior Treasurer’s Report & approve Senior Accounts
6. Receive the Community Treasurer’s Report & approve Community Accounts
7. Elect Officers for both the Senior & Community Rugby for the season 2026/27
8. Agree all Senior & Community Rugby Membership Subscriptions for the season 2026/27
9. Any other business
