WELCOME TO CALDY COMMUNITY TOUCH RUGBY.
Touch rugby is similar, but also very different to contact rugby. Touch is similar to the way rugby league is played, with six touches and then the ball turned over. The main difference is that instead of contact tackles, a player has to touch the opposition for a tackle to be made. The ball is then rolled between their legs. Touch rugby is a great starting point for young players to teach them how to run, pass and evade tackles.
