| Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Senior and Community Rugby Sections of Caldy Rugby Club to be held on : Tuesday 22nd July 2025 – 7.00pm at : Memorial Hall, Paton Field for the purpose of transacting the following business: – 1 . Read the notice convening the Annual General Meeting 2 . Approve the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting 3 . Receive the Director of Rugby’s Report 4 . Receive the Chairman’s Reports – Senior Rugby & Community Rugby Sections 5 . Receive the Senior Rugby Section Treasurer’s Report & approve Senior Rugby Accounts 6 . Receive the Community Rugby Section Treasurer’s Report & approve Community Rugby Accounts 7 . Elect Officers for both the Senior & Community Rugby Sections for 2025/26 8 . Agree all the Senior & Community Rugby Sections’ Membership Subscriptions for 2025/26 9 .
