| We are excited to let you know that tickets for the upcoming 2025 Autumn Nations Series – England Senior Men fixtures at the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham are available for Caldy RFC members to reserve. If you would like to secure tickets for any of the matches listed below please email our Commercial Manager, Mackenzie Allen : [email protected] Saturday 1 November: England v Australia (3:10pm kick-off) Saturday 8 November: England v Fiji (5:40pm kick-off) Saturday 15 November: England v New Zealand (3:10pm kick-off) Sunday 23 November: England v Argentina (4:10pm kick-off) To confirm your reservation, we require an initial deposit of approximately 50% – £75 per person with the remaining balance payable once the tickets have been purchased. Final cost will be confirmed after ticket purchase. Ticket prices typically range from £130 to £150, though this may vary. A standard £30 admin fee/club donation is added per ticket. If you’re able to contribute more, your generosity would be greatly appreciated, as additional donations make a significant difference in supporting the club and its ongoing initiatives. This updated process has been introduced to help the club manage the upfront costs associated with purchasing tickets whilst also helping to keep bookings together. These terms are established to ensure compliance with the rules governing privileged access to international tickets and to protect the integrity of our membership program. Eligibility to Purchase Tickets o International tickets are exclusively available to members of Caldy Rugby Club. o Only current, active members are permitted to purchase these tickets. Proof of membership may be required at the time of purchase and/or entry to the event. o Members are permitted to bring non-members as guests to the event using the tickets they purchase. Prohibition on Resale for Profit o Tickets purchased through Caldy Rugby Club must not be resold for any amount greater than the original purchase price. o The resale or transfer of tickets for profit is strictly forbidden. o Any member found to have sold tickets for profit may be subject to disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership. Consequences for Breach of Terms o Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in Caldy Rugby Club facing the loss of its privileged access to international tickets. o Members found in violation of these terms may face penalties, including but not limited to cancellation of their tickets, prohibition from purchasing future tickets, and suspension or termination of club membership. Usage of Tickets o Tickets must only be used by the purchasing member or the individuals they are explicitly authorized to include (e.g., family or guests, if permitted under specific ticketing rules). o Attendees may be required to present identification at the event to verify ticket ownership. General Compliance o Members agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions set by the event organizer or venue. o Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the tickets. By purchasing international tickets through Caldy Rugby Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
