Notice is hereby given of the Caldy Sports club Limited Annual General meeting.

Due to the COVID Pandemic and the region currently being in lockdown the AGM will be conducted via TEAMS. Anyone wishing to attend must send an email to [email protected] by 6pm Tuesday 23rd November 2020. Invites to the TEAMS meeting will then be sent out from 7.00pm in advance of the scheduled 7.30pm start to all email addresses registered to attend.

Reports will be circulated in advance of the meeting. Notification of all or any questions to be raised at the meeting need to be sent in advance to [email protected]. All nominations for officers must be put in writing to the secretary ([email protected]) with a proposer and seconder. In the event there is more than one nominee, then a vote will be taken at the AGM. All parties must be present on the teams meeting.
